  • > 1 year

A real estate company identified the need to automate communication with its clients and optimise the management of information related to properties and services. The challenge was to have an intelligent digital solution that provided immediate, appropriate answers to common queries, improving the user experience and operational efficiency.

With this goal, a conversational agent based on artificial intelligence was developed, incorporating automated data update processes and an interface adapted to the specific use of the real estate sector.

What was the challenge?

The main challenge was to design a system capable of offering accurate, up-to-date and personalised information, fluently and with automatic responses, that integrated external data and allowed simple management by the company.

  • Manage and organise large volumes of real estate information in a structured way.
  • Automatically update the daily data to guarantee current information.
  • Develop a chatbot with consistent behaviour and precise answers adapted to specific needs.
  • Ensure smooth integration with external data sources and internal systems.
  • Facilitate ongoing management and maintenance without impact on the client’s activity.

What was the process?

  1. Creation of data structures

A solid base was designed to organise and manage all the information linked to the properties and the system.

  2. Update automation

Automatic processes were implemented to load and refresh the data daily, keeping the information always up to date.

  3. Workflow configuration

Flows were designed to orchestrate the different automatic tasks, creating an integrated, consistent experience.

  4. Adaptation of the artificial intelligence

The instructions and criteria were adjusted so that the AI responded according to the specific needs of the real estate project.

  5. Development of the chatbot logic

The automatic logic was configured with a focus on the expected behaviour, guaranteeing consistent, contextualised answers.

  6. User interface customisation

The views and structures were adapted to facilitate optimal interaction with the AI agent.

  7. External data integration

External data sources were incorporated both into the interface and into the internal processes, ensuring all the relevant information is reflected.

Results

The development of the AI agent has significantly improved information management and communication with users in the real estate sector, facilitating processes that previously required continuous manual intervention.

  • Constant availability of up-to-date, accurate information for real estate queries.
  • Reduced operational load through process automation and automatic responses.
  • Improved user experience thanks to an adapted interface and fluid AI-based communication.
  • Ability to update and adjust content easily, ensuring the currency and relevance of the data.
  • Excellent adaptability of the system to integrate new data sources and adjust to future sector requirements.
