Persidecor, a company in the services sector, needed a digital solution to facilitate the comprehensive management of its jobs and clients. The goal was to develop a robust, scalable web application that centralised information, simplified processes and provided a base for future extensions, including the integration of artificial intelligence.

At Artimedia we proposed a custom tool that consolidated the management of clients, operators, quotes and invoicing, with specific features that responded to Persidecor’s usual workflow. The inclusion of AI was conceived to optimise the digitisation and interpretation of documents, such as invoices, improving operational efficiency.

What was the challenge?

Create an application that integrated Persidecor’s operational and documentary complexity, keeping a flexible architecture ready for future improvements:

Design an intuitive, functional platform for managing clients, jobs and operators with multiple filters and controls.
Incorporate an automated, customisable system for generating reports and invoices.
Develop an artificial intelligence integration for the automatic processing and validation of invoices and data associated with the jobs.

What was the process?

Analysis and planning

The requirements and workflows provided by Persidecor were studied in depth. Documents with functional diagrams and wireframes were produced to guide the design of all the application’s screens.
Database design

A robust, scalable MySQL structure was created, making it possible to manage information on clients, jobs, operators, products and finances optimally.
Platform development

The main modules (client, job, operator and invoicing management) were implemented with Laravel and React, including advanced search and filters to improve navigation and process control.
Artificial intelligence integration

The AI was trained and configured to interpret invoices and extract key data, facilitating automatic assignment to the corresponding work orders and speeding up document management.
Validation and deployment

An iterative testing and feedback process was carried out with the client, fine-tuning functionality before launching the platform on the final server.
